6. Refund Policy

United Publish Inc. is committed to providing professional publishing and related services; however, due to the customized nature of our work, refunds are subject to the following terms. Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the purchase date. Refunds will not be issued for special packages, approved primary design concepts, requested revisions, complete design changes, incomplete creative briefs, or projects where the client has approached another company or designer for the same work. Refunds will also not be granted when cancellation is made for reasons unrelated to United Publish Inc., when the client remains unresponsive or fails to contact the company for more than two weeks, when company policies or terms have been violated, or when the refund request is submitted after the applicable refund period. Changes of mind, disagreement with a partner, business closure, business name changes, or other reasons unrelated to the quality or delivery of the contracted service will not qualify for a refund. For service bundles, any eligible refund will apply only to the affected service and not to the entire bundle. Services including, but not limited to, SEO, social media marketing, domain registration, web hosting, printing, distribution, advertising, and other third-party or non-refundable services are not eligible for refunds once purchased or initiated. For website projects, refunds will not be entertained once the design has been approved or the website has entered development.
Note: United Publish Inc. retains the right to reject any project or terminate the agreement at any time. The designs will become the exclusive property of United Publish Inc. and you won't be able to use them for any reason after the refund. The designs will legitimately belong to the corporation.

7. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation by contacting United Publish Inc. through the official communication channel associated with their order. Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the current stage of the project and work already completed. Cancellation does not guarantee a refund, and payments may be retained for completed work, revisions, resources, or third-party expenses already incurred. Cancellation after approval of a design, concept, manuscript, or other major milestone may not be eligible for a refund. For websites, cancellation after design approval or commencement of development will generally not qualify for a refund. Projects may also be suspended or cancelled if the client fails to provide required materials or feedback, remains unresponsive for an extended period, or violates the applicable terms or company policies. United Publish Inc. reserves the right to cancel or decline a project where necessary due to operational, legal, or other legitimate business reasons.

8. Intellectual Property
  • Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you provide to us for services like ghostwriting or publishing. Upon completion of our work, you will own the final product.
  • Licensing: We reserve the right to use parts of the work (e.g., writing samples or excerpts) for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
